Overview

The 2010 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class is a four-door luxury coupe available in CL550 4MATIC Coupe, CL63 AMG, CL600 Coupe, and CL65 AMG trims. The CL-Class enters into with a few adjustments to standard and optional equipment. HD digital radio, an enhanced instrument cluster display, and new optional 20-inch wheels have been added.

Powertrain And Performance

A 382-hp 5.5-liter, 32-valve, V8 engine powers the CL550 4MATIC Coupe. The CL63 AMG gets power from a 518-hp AMG-built 6.3-liter DOHC, 32-valve, V8 engine. A 510-hp 5.5-liter bi-turbo 36-valve V12 powers the CL600 Coupe. The CL65 AMG gets power from a 604-hp AMG-built bi-turbo 6.0L SOHC 36-valve engine. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard.

Build And Styling

The CL550 4MATIC is equipped with 18-inch 7-split-spoke wheels with 255/45 R18, all-season performance tires. The massive 19-inch wheels with aggressive twin-spoke design, staggered for extra grip, are also available. 4MATIC all-wheel drive, parktronic system, bi-xenon headlamps with active curve illumination, and laminated infrared-reflecting glass that helps reduce radiant heat, UV rays, and noise penetration are part of the exterior of the 2010 Mercedes-Benz CL-Class.
